Medical Center's emergency room services at 1000 South Spruce St. in Vivian, or call 911 for
transportation to the hospital.
- The Medical & Surgical Clinic is located at 1003 South Spruce in Vivian, Louisiana, and was
founded in 1968 by Dr. John H. Haynes, Jr. As the original practices grew, physicians and specialized
services were added to our facilities resulting in today's medical complex. The Clinic specializes in
Family Practice for all stages of life, from newborns to geriatrics. We also proudly offer complete
obstetrics & gynecology care, cardiology appointments, mental health counseling, lab and ultra sound
services, bone density testing, and the coordination for specialty care. Our goal is to provide
exceptional, patient-centered, health care for all, in a caring and service-oriented environment while
utilizing the latest medical technology.
